This short film is a nicely twisted take on the fun we have carving pumpkins, only that it’s told from the point of view of a pumpkin. It follows a pumpkin that is kidnapped from a pumpkin patch, stabbed and disemboweled in a ritual known as Halloween.“The Life and Death of a Pumpkin” by Aaron Yonda won Best Short Film and Best Concept at the 2006 Chicago Horror Film Festival.
